Sylvia worked on the early regeneration of the Isle of Dogs in the London Docklands - now redeveloped as Canary Wharf. After a period as a Development Manager for John Laing and the Grosvenor Estate, she established a Development Consultancy practice of which she was the founder and principal for 14 years, working on a variety of area based projects and regeneration initiatives including the redevelopment of Hulme in Manchester. She joined igloo Regeneration in 2006 as Development Director and has led and worked on a variety of mixed use regeneration projects nationally.

Sylvia enjoys working on complex and creative projects and has worked in urban regeneration for over two decades. Taking a considered approach, she believes that the ‘devil is in the detail’, with a can-do attitude she is good at making things happen.
